Shipping and returns

Deliveries shall be made to the Customer's address provided during the purchase process. For the Italian territory, delivery is generally made within 3 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of confirmation.

For European Union countries, delivery will be made within 4 working days, and in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of confirmation.

For non-EU countries, delivery will take approximately 6 working days from the date of confirmation.

If delivery is not possible, the order shall be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify the location of the order and how to agree on a new delivery.

If you are unable to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us again to reschedule the delivery.

If the delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond our control after 30 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we shall assume that we intend to terminate the contract.

In case of termination, the amounts will be refunded, excluding any additional costs caused by the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method offered without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of termination.

The transport resulting from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be charged to the User. stesso.

Return policy

Our mission is to be at the Customer's side every day. If, for any reason, our customers are not satisfied with their order, they have the right to request an exchange product and to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying a reason.

Notice of withdrawal must be given within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, by accessing the Shipping and Returns section of your account. In the case of multiple purchases with a single order and delivered separately, the deadline starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

For return packages coming from Italy and the EU, the Customer can make a single exchange request for each product purchased by delivering it to the courier appointed by the seller, it is possible to make a single exchange for the same product, in which case the return and shipping costs will be € 20.00. For packages coming from EU, whoever intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the product within 14 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal by delivering it to the courier appointed by the Seller. The transport cost of the return for packages coming from Italy is € 20.00 to be charged to the User, except in the case of non-conformity, and will be deducted from the refund.

For packages from extra-EU countries, in case of withdrawal the customers must return the products at their own cost to Stori B & C S.r.l. within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal. Shipping costs and any customs fees for the return of the goods will be charged exclusively to the customer. The shipment, until the confirmation of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Stori B & C S.r.l., is under the complete responsibility of the customer:

In case of damage to the goods during transport, Story Loris will notify the Customers to allow them to file a timely complaint against the courier of their choice and obtain a refund, the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; Story Loris shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any way dependent on the shipment for the return.

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, without signs of wear and complete with labels and the attached tax documentation.

The Seller will deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in its value in the event of:

  • the presence of abrasions, nicks, scratches, or other deformations, etc...
  • missing elements or accessories (including labels, tags, etc.)
  • missing instructions/notes/manuals enclosed, original (or, in any case, adequate) packing and/or packaging
  • missing warranty certificates (if any).

If the returned product is damaged or shows signs of wear and tear, the Customer shall be liable for the diminished value of the goods and the amount of the refund shall be equivalent to the residual value of the goods themselves.

The customer shall have the right to verify compliance with the above, and the refund shall be made within a maximum period of 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase.

The Seller may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the Customers have demonstrated that they have returned the products.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the event that the Seller's services and products are included in the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
